EVENT FEATURE
You have put serious work into planning this event, but when it comes to getting it online, written up, and in front of the right people, everything stalls.
We take your event details and turn them into a published news feature, a permanent online listing tied to your name, and a LinkedIn article that positions you as a serious professional in the marriage and family space. You walk away with a live, discoverable event and a portfolio asset that works for you long after the event is over.

This feature is designed for businesses, organisations, and event hosts who are ready to document their work professionally and build lasting credibility.
If your event is still only an idea, your business is not yet ready to be presented publicly, or you are simply looking for advertising rather than editorial coverage, that is perfectly fine. We would rather welcome you when the timing is right than have you invest in something that is not the best fit for your current season. Summarily:
- You are looking for publicity without having a genuine business, initiative, event, or milestone to showcase.
- You are expecting guaranteed attendance, sponsorships, media attention, or clients as a direct result of publication.
- You are looking for a short-term promotional post instead of a permanent, credible publication that continues working for you over time.
- You are unable to provide the information, images, or collaboration needed for our editorial team to produce a high-quality feature.
You would benefit from applying in the future when your business, organisation, or event is ready to be documented in a way that reflects the work you have accomplished.

You are actively positioning your business or event for greater visibility and long-term opportunities.
- You want your business, organisation, initiative, or event documented in a registered marriage and family publication that adds lasting credibility to your work.
- You want to strengthen your reputation through professionally written, professionally presented editorial content that reflects the quality of what you have built.
- You are tired of relying on social media posts and promotional platforms that disappear in a few days or can easily be dismissed because they are not recognised publications, have no International Standard Serial Number (ISSN), no editorial standards, no publication indexing, and no lasting credibility. You want your announcement to live somewhere people can trust, reference, and discover long after it is published.
- You want to increase your visibility on Google and Microsoft Bing through permanent, searchable publications that continue working for you over time.
- You want your event, business, or organisation to be easier for prospective clients, partners, sponsors, employers, conference organisers, and journalists to find online.
- You want to build trust before someone ever visits your website or contacts your organisation.
- You want credible third-party publications you can confidently include in sponsorship proposals, partnership decks, grant applications, media kits, investor presentations, and client pitches.
- You want to strengthen your LinkedIn presence and your overall professional reputation with respected editorial coverage.
- You want to create evergreen digital assets that continue showcasing your work long after the event has ended or the announcement has been made.
- You want to leave a lasting digital footprint that documents your contribution to the marriage and family space and supports future opportunities.

Pre-Event News Feature
Our editorial team will write one professionally reported news feature announcing your upcoming event and highlighting why it matters to the marriage and family community. News is written differently from promotional copy, and search engines recognise that difference.
The more factual information, milestones, speakers, programme highlights, objectives, and supporting details you provide, the stronger your feature will be. A well-documented event announcement builds far more credibility than a standard advertisement or social media post.
Pre-Event Instagram Feature
Create one professionally edited vertical Instagram Reel introducing your upcoming event and inviting your audience to attend. Once your Reel is complete, send it to our editorial team for review. We will publish it as a collaborative post on our official Instagram account, giving your event additional visibility before it takes place and helping you reach an audience that values marriage and family content.
Event Directory Listing
Your event will receive a permanent listing in our Event Directory, making it easy for readers to discover your event before it takes place and long after it has ended. Unlike a social media post that quickly disappears from view, your listing remains available as a searchable online resource.
Your event listing will also include your name or organisation within the page address where appropriate, helping strengthen your online presence and making it easier for search engines such as Google and Microsoft Bing to associate your event with you or your organisation.
Post-Event LinkedIn Feature
Following your event, you may submit one 500–1,000 word LinkedIn article reflecting on the event, its outcomes, lessons learned, or its impact on the marriage and family space. This article is designed to help you demonstrate thought leadership while documenting the value of your work for future clients, partners, sponsors, and conference organisers.
The strongest articles communicate measurable outcomes, meaningful insights, participant experiences, and practical lessons rather than simply describing what happened. If you are able to communicate your event in a clear, professional, and reflective manner, this becomes another evergreen asset that continues strengthening your reputation long after the event concludes.
Five Professional Photographs
Submit 5 - 10 high-quality professional photographs (the founder, and event attendees) to accompany your features. We recommend different outfits, settings, and poses to give our editorial team flexibility and avoid repeating the same image across multiple publications.
Post-Event Instagram Reel
Create one professionally edited vertical Instagram Reel showcasing the highlights, outcomes, or memorable moments from your event. Once your Reel is complete, send it to our editorial team for review. We will publish it as a collaborative post on our official Instagram account and embed it into your post-event LinkedIn article, creating a richer multimedia record of your event and extending its visibility across multiple platforms.
Your Reel should clearly communicate the value and impact of your event rather than simply showing a collection of clips. We recommend including captions, your organisation's branding where appropriate, and footage that reflects the quality and professionalism of your event.
SUBMIT YOUR DETAILS
For the next seven days, or until all ten promotional slots have been claimed, we are offering a limited opportunity to access one of our paid premium features at this special launch allocation.
You may choose either a Premium Expert Feature or an Event & Business Feature. Once all ten slots have been filled, the offer will close immediately, even if the seven-day period has not ended. If the seven days expire before all ten places are taken, the promotion will also end.
Because this opportunity is open internationally, applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis within each region to ensure fair global representation.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When should I book my Event & Business Feature?
We recommend booking as soon as your event date is confirmed. This gives our editorial team enough time to prepare, write and publish your pre-event news feature so your audience has an opportunity to discover your event before it takes place.
How does the timeline work?
Your pre-event news feature is typically published before your event. After your event, you have up to 30 days to submit your post-event materials, including your event outcomes, professionally edited Instagram Reel, photographs and LinkedIn article. This allows us to complete your package within a 45-day publication timeline.
What do I need to provide?
For your pre-event feature, provide your event details, promotional images, speaker information where applicable and any supporting information that will help us write an accurate news story. After the event, submit your professionally edited Instagram Reel, event photographs and the information needed for your LinkedIn article.
Will you edit my Instagram Reel?
No. Your team will create and edit the Reel before sending it to us. We will publish it as a collaborative post on our official Instagram account and embed it into your post-event LinkedIn article where appropriate.
What happens if my event is postponed or rescheduled?
Simply let us know as soon as possible. We will work with you to update your publication schedule so your coverage remains accurate and relevant.
Can I use these publications after my event?
Absolutely. Your news feature, event directory listing, LinkedIn article and collaborative Instagram Reel become valuable marketing assets that you can continue sharing in sponsorship proposals, partnership discussions, conference applications, media kits, client presentations and future event promotions.
What happens if I do not submit my post-event materials within 30 days?
To keep our editorial calendar on schedule, post-event materials should be submitted within 30 days after your event. This allows us to complete your package within the 45-day publication timeline. If your materials are submitted later, your remaining features may need to be rescheduled based on editorial availability.
